The Enterprise Project is a business transformation that will improve the Ohio State experience and advance operational excellence through Workday and other modern, effective services and technology.
Benefits for Students
Through modern systems and more efficient processes, the Enterprise Project will help you focus your work day on what matters most to you. For students, that means giving you access to your student information whenever you need it, anywhere you are.
The Enterprise Project will give you mobile tools and resources to maximize your time in the classroom and minimize your time in the system.
Through Workday, Ohio State can better support student affordability by providing more complete information about the financial resources available across all colleges and units.
By leveraging modern systems and more efficient processes, the Enterprise Project will help Ohio State students spend more time on learning and research, and less on administrative tasks.
How will the Enterprise Project impact me?
The Enterprise Project will replace current systems (including PeopleSoft, eLeave, and others) with Workday, a leading cloud-based software. All finance, HR, payroll and student services processes will be optimized for Workday. In short, the university is transforming how we do business to better support your academic goals.
When should I expect to experience process and system changes?
Ohio State's Workday implementation will begin in summer 2020. Please review the Project Timeline for more information.
